ESP is a powerful software application that provides quick and easy setup of Microscan’s complete line of bar code scanners and imagers.

ESP features an intuitive user-friendly interface, and offers basic and advanced features with a variety of options for different applications..

• Exclusive EZ Mode allows users to quickly and easily take images and/or decode symbols within minutes of removing products from the box.

• 3 programming modes (terminal, tree control, GUI interfaces).

• Bar Code Configuration Tool allows the user to encode commands into bar codes for fast setup and replication of multiple imagers without having to use external hardware.

• Terminal feature displays non-printable characters; provides multiple ways of sending serial commands to the reader, including pre-set or user-defined macros; can save decoded symbol data as a text file.

• Ethernet, RS232 and USB connectivity options.

• Raster Control and Laser Framing allow easy setup and configuration of rasters, and provide real-time results for storage and analysis.

• Use with Microscan’s imagers: Quadrus EZ, Quadrus MINI, Quadrus Verifier, and MS-4

• User-defined file naming structure allows you to quickly locate a specific image

• Multiple image output modes available, including good read, noread, mismatch

• Choose amount of memory allocated for image files, and optional storage capacity warning

• Retrieve button opens pre-determined file directory for review of all images captured, or individual images can be retrieved for further analysis
